Booking Procedure

A 50% booking amount is to be paid at the time of registration. Balance payments shall be paid at least 30 days prior to the tour departure date. Registrants are advised to furnish a copy of a recognized Government Identity Card - Aadhar, Pan, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID at the time of registration. For foreign nationals it is mandatory to share a copy of a valid passport at the time of registration.

Cancellation - Refund (On tour cost)

Inclusions

1. Stay on a twin sharing basis for 2 nights.
2. All meals as per Itinerary.
3. 2 Open Gypsy Safaris in the forest.
4. Entry Permits, Guide Fees, Gypsy Charges.

Exclusions

1. Air fare / Rail fare.
2. Internal Transfers.
3. Food during road travel.
4. Bottled Water, Soft Drinks, Alcoholic Beverages at the resort.
5. Laundry and Telephone Charges if any.
6. Camera Fees./li>
7. Tips and Gratuities for drivers and guides.
8. Goods and Services Tax as applicable.
9. Any extra charges other than Inclusions.

Itinerary

Day 1

Campers are requested to check in at the resort by 12:30 noon. Post check-in enjoy a scrumptious lunch that would be arranged for you. Post lunch time to rest. In the evening you will venture out on your first wildlife safari in the national park. Apart from the Tigers keep a lookout on species like Leopards, Jungle Cats, Wild Dogs, Jackals, Sloth Bears, Wild Boars, Gaurs, Spotted Deer, Sambar and much more. The forest has a lot to offer for birding enthusiasts as well so keep an eye on the diverse avian species that can be found here. Spend your eve at leisure exploring the camp site before enjoying the drinks and dinner that would be arranged specially for you. Overnight at the resort.

Meals: Lunch and Dinner.

Day 2

Wake up at leisure. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the resort. This day would be reserved for all your corporate activities. We have a well-equipped conference room at your disposal, be it a Sales Conference, Quarterly/Yearly Board Reviews, Board Meetings, or your AGM we will provide you with all the necessary setup, lunch inclusive. Spend your eve at leisure exploring the camp site before enjoying the drinks and dinner that would be arranged specially for you. Overnight at the resort.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Day 3

Wake up at the crack of dawn and leave for your last safari in the enchanting forests. This would be your last chance for searching the Tigers and other wildlife that is found here. Enjoy a picnic breakfast in the reserve before heading out for the resort. On arrival at the resort, pack up and check-out. Later proceed for your respective journeys back home.
